As per Regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on 29.05.2010 at 1:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2009.

The board of directors of First Security Islami Bank Limited (FSIBL) has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend and 5:1 Right Shares for the shareholders at its 101st board meeting held in the city Saturday.

FSIBL Chairman Mohammad Saiful Alam presided over the meeting.

The meeting also decided to determine the market lot to 100 shares instead of 250 shares as decided earlier and in these regards, amendments to relevant Clause and Article of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the bank to be placed at its EGM for approval of shareholders.
