The Board of Directors has recommended stock dividend @ 35% for the year 2009. The company has informed that an EGM will also be held on the same day. Date of AGM & EGM: 05.08.10. Time of EGM and AGM: 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. respectively, Venue: Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management (BIAM) Auditorium, 63, New Eskaton, Dhaka. Record Date for EGM and AGM: 08.07.10.
