As per decision of SEC, trading of the shares of the company will be held in Demat form with effect from June 29, 2010. In this respect, trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market on June 23, 2010 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on 24th, 27th and 28th June, 2010 for finalization of Demat process.
