The listing sub-committee of Dhaka stock exchange (DSE) Tuesday recommended for allowing RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited to be traded on the main bourse of the country.
"A DSE board meeting scheduled today (Wednesday)will fix the debut trading date of the company whose core business is to manufacture and sell of tiles and sanitary wares," a DSE source told the FE.
The company has over 1000 models active in the ceramic and porcelain tiles business and regularly adds several new designs to the product portfolio.
Subscription of the company ended April 29, 2010.
Offer Price Per Share of the company is Tk.48.00 (Cut-off Price, Face Value Per Share Tk.10.00, Market Lot (Share) 200.
