The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has adopted the following resolution: 2,48,000 ordinary shares of face value Tk. 1,000.00 each of ICB Islamic Bank Limited (Bank) representing 3.73% of Bank's equity, be and is hereby approved for purchase from its present owner, ICB Financial holdings AG on conditions stipulated in the draft Share Sale and Purchase Agreement (SSPA) and subject to all required regulatory approvals.
